Description

The B-series standard melt pumps are primarily used for the flow and transport of medium-to-high viscosity polymers in extruders or under pressure for stabilization.
This series of melt pumps uses electric heating and is suitable for PS, PP, PET, PVC, PC, PMMA, PA, ABS, PE-LLD, and CTC. <Working Principle> The melt pump is a positive displacement gear pump, employing a pair of meshing cylindrical gears (spur gears, helical gears, herringbone gears) that rotate relative to each other to transport high-viscosity liquids. All gears undergo precise grinding of the mating surfaces to achieve accurate flow and strictly control assembly clearances. Gears and Pump Bodies – Classified into B series, C series, H series, E series, R series, F series, K series, D series, X series, G series, etc., based on different materials and operating conditions.
